I loved that the staff offered me a room upgrade and a credit for future accommodation when I shortened my stay! The customer service was excellent. The hotel boasts a superb location, too and also serves an excellent breakfast. Everything was clean and beautiful..

The breakfast includes skyr, oatmeal, boiled eggs, various breads, meats, cheeses, ample coffee, tea, and juices. The food served in the restaurant highlights local ingredients, which I loved! The freshness of the breakfast ingredients was superb.

The staff was very helpful. I will give them that.
I paid far too much for the room I received. It was small, and I could barely move around with my luggage. The sink was in the main room, which led to water splashing everywhere when I tried to wash my face or brush my teeth. It was hardly ideal, I must say.

i found the staff cute and eager to assist with any questions. the breakfast selection offered many choices and everything tasted fresh. my room was modern and well maintained with free toiletries provided in the shower. i also appreciated the central location to nearby facilities.
the music volume coming from the reception area was quite loud. it continued late into the evening and resumed early in the morning which disrupted my sleep.
